“I am writing to express my appreciation of the service received recently from your company I had experienced difficulty with the alarm system on my Subaru impreza. Your staff initially isolated the alarm then after a period of 2 weeks removed the alarm and returned it to the manufacture. On it’s return you again spent time in your workshop refitting the alarm which was once again in working condition. Despite the fact that the car has been in your workshop 3 times you have declined to charge me for the service. I telephoned a member of staff yesterday to query what the charge would be for the above work and was told there would be no charge. In this day and age it is refreshing to receive such service. This is the second time that I have had cause to use your services. The first time a competitor had told me that the only solution was to replace the alarm system at a cost of approximately £400. Your staff examined the vehicle and cured the problem within one hour for which I was charged only £10. I have been extremely pleased with the efficiency and pleasant manner your staff have afforded to me and my wife (who had to do all the leg work!) and would certainly use your services in the future if the need arose. I would also have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who was experiencing similar problems.”

Unfortunately due to no fault of your own the alarm failed on the 16th August leaving the vehicle stranded on my drive. The engineer arrived on time and was pleasant and polite and had no quibble exchanging the alarm for a new unit. Once he had done the job he rang me to explain what he had done and left posting the keys through the door. I am in business myself and know only too well that everything does not always run smoothly but I feel the true signs of an excellent company is the way they respond when something goes wrong. I like the rest of us am normally too busy to find time to compliment people but I felt compelled to sit down and put in writing my appreciation of the way you handled this with absolutely no quibble.
