Repair service
Our ‘in-house’ service centres offer a one-stop-shop for repairs to most makes and models of in-car equipment. We have an excellent reputation within the industry for high quality, guaranteed repair work and we can undertake warranty repairs for most brands of in-car equipment including Alpine, Blaupunkt, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Panasonic, Pioneer, Phoenix Gold and Sony.
We offer a simple online repair service

- Fill out the form and send it with the item for repair to us.
- Wait for an email or phone call with an estimate for repair.
- Wait for the repair to be done and returned to you.
When sending us units please include all parts that may have the fault i.e. wiring looms and hideaway boxes.
Decodes have a standard rate of £25 including carriage.
Please note if you decide not to proceed with the estimate there will be a £25 labour charge to cover the estimate and return carriage. Please ensure that the item is well packaged as Base Systems cannot be held responsible for items damaged in the post. We also recommend sending the item recorded so that you obtain a signature.
