About Us

Base Systems was established in 1967 and has been a family run business ever since. From installing a basic radio, aerial and single speaker in a MK 1 Mini to installing DVD headrests into the latest Range Rover Vogue, we’ve done it all! Our success is largely due to our staff, striving to meet customers’ specific requirements.

 To be a ‘complete solution’ for the supply, installation and maintenance of products. We professionally satisfy the demands of our customers with exceptional service.

 Our premises at Preston offer a walk-in demonstration area in a retail store environment.

We have added distribution of wholesale and trade products to our retail focus.

In 1998 we added CCTV and Access Control to expand our original specialist skills in Vehicle Electronic equipment.

Who are our customers?

They are mainly long established existing customers or their recommended contacts. We have estimated that 80 per cent of our business is from our existing customers and 20 percent from new customers. We supply audio and security products to the major manufacturers and suppliers within the leisure industry. We ensure our customers’ expectations are met if not exceeded with every job.
