Base Systems is a family firm celebrating over 35 years in business. Our success is largely due to our staff, striving to meet customers’ specific requirements. We were awarded the coveted investors in people award in 2001 for our commitment to our staff.
Base Systems mission statement
To be a ‘complete solution’ for the supply, installation and maintenance of products that customise vehicles. This one stop shop solution is achieved by our in house training and service facilities that ensure the highest quality results. We professionally satisfy the demands of our customers whilst continuing to build our reputation through our retail outlets.
We not only supply equipment but also have professional installation engineers to install and support our product portfolio. All our engineers are V.S.I.B approved and cover extensive training to make sure that our installations are consistently exceptional. We have specialised workshops at both branches and also offer a mobile installation service if the customer cannot bring their vehicle into either workshop. All products and installations carry at least 12 months warranty for your peace of mind.
Our ‘in-house’ service centres offer a one-stop shop for repairs to most makes and models of in-car equipment. We have an excellent reputation within the industry for high quality, guaranteed repair work and we can undertake warranty repairs for most brands of in-car equipment including Alpine, Blaupunkt, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Panasonic, Pioneer, Phoenix Gold and Sony.
We supply audio and security products to the major manufacturers within the leisure industry.
We try to ensure our customers’ expectations are met if not exceeded with every job. We even offer a collection and drop off service for people who use their vehicle on a daily basis. This is just one of the reasons behind our company motto:
